HIGHLIGHTS

The KLOW blend is a sophisticated, four-peptide regenerative matrix engineered for advanced tissue repair and systemic anti-inflammatory research. This 80mg vial contains a precise ratio of TB-500 (10mg), BPC-157 (10mg), KPV (10mg), and GHK-Cu (50mg). While similar to the GLOW blend, KLOW includes the tripeptide KPV, known for its potent ability to modulate the NF-κB signaling pathway and reduce cellular inflammation without melanotropic effects. This blend is designed for researchers investigating complex wound healing, chronic musculoskeletal inflammation, and deep-tissue remodeling.

Observed Benefits

  • Quadratic Synergy: Combines angiogenesis (TB-500), growth factor modulation (BPC-157), potent anti-inflammation (KPV), and collagen synthesis (GHK-Cu).

  • Advanced Inflammation Control: KPV works alongside BPC-157 to target multiple inflammatory markers, making it a focus for chronic injury research.

  • Deep Tissue Regeneration: Studied for its impact on tendon-to-bone healing and the restoration of structural integrity in damaged connective tissues.

  • Dermal & Epithelial Repair: GHK-Cu and TB-500 are observed to significantly accelerate skin re-epithelialization and wound contraction.

  • Reduced Scarring: Encourages more organized collagen deposition, potentially leading to more functional repair tissue with less fibrosis.

Protocol Overview

Research involving the KLOW blend utilizes daily subcutaneous administration. To maintain measurement consistency in our South African laboratory standards, an 80mg vial is reconstituted with 3.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water. This creates a total peptide concentration of approximately 26.67 mg per mL. Because this blend contains GHK-Cu, the resulting solution will have a notable blue color.

Research Protocol Dosing

The following titration schedule provides the required units on a U-100 insulin syringe to observe graduated biological responses.

Phase 1: Initial Assessment (Weeks 1–2)

  • Dose: 7.5 units (0.075 mL) daily.

  • Per-dose breakdown: 250mcg each of TB-500/BPC/KPV + 1.25mg GHK-Cu.

Phase 2: Active Repair (Weeks 3–4)

  • Dose: 15 units (0.15 mL) daily.

  • Per-dose breakdown: 500mcg each of TB-500/BPC/KPV + 2.5mg GHK-Cu.

Phase 3: Target Efficacy (Weeks 5–8)

  • Dose: 22.5 units (0.225 mL) daily.

  • Per-dose breakdown: 750mcg each of TB-500/BPC/KPV + 3.75mg GHK-Cu.

Phase 4: Maintenance (Weeks 9–12)

  • Dose: 15 units (0.15 mL) daily.

Supplies Needed

  • Biolabs Peptides KLOW Blend: 80mg Lyophilized Vial.

  • Reconstitution Liquid: 3.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water.

  • Syringes: U-100 Precision Insulin Syringes (0.3 mL or 0.5 mL capacity recommended).

  • Prep: Sterile alcohol swabs for vial and site preparation.

Storage

  • Pre-reconstitution (Lyophilized): Store frozen at -20°C (-4°F) for up to 24 months. Protect from light.

  • Post-reconstitution (Liquid): Refrigerate at 2–8°C (36–46°F). Standardized at 3.0 mL, the blend remains highly stable. Use within 21–28 days for peak potency. Do not freeze the liquid solution.

  • Handling: Avoid vigorous shaking. Gently roll or swirl until the solution is clear and uniform.
