CJC-1295 (No DAC)(10mg)

HIGHLIGHTS

CJC-1295 No DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29) is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). In research settings, it is utilized to stimulate the pituitary gland's natural, pulsatile release of Growth Hormone (GH). Unlike versions with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), "No DAC" has a shorter half-life, which more accurately mimics the body's physiological rhythms. This Biolabs Peptides guide provides a framework for investigating its impact on IGF-1 levels, metabolic health, and cellular repair.

Observed Benefits

  • Pulsatile GH Stimulation: Promotes the natural release of growth hormone without disrupting the body's delicate feedback loops.

  • Lean Tissue Support: Observed in studies to aid in the development of lean muscle mass and the reduction of adipose tissue.

  • Enhanced Recovery: Supports faster tissue repair and recovery from exercise-induced stress in research models.

  • Improved Sleep Quality: Linked to deeper slow-wave sleep cycles, which are vital for physiological restoration.

  • Metabolic Efficiency: May support improved glucose metabolism and overall energy expenditure.

Protocol Overview

For research purposes, CJC-1295 No DAC is administered via subcutaneous injection. To ensure precise dosing from a 10mg vial, it is best reconstituted with 2.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water. This creates a concentration of 5 mg (5000 mcg) per mL, allowing for clear measurement of microgram-level doses. Research is typically conducted in a fasted state, often before nocturnal rest, to align with natural biological peaks.

Research Protocol Dosing

Initial Research Phase (Weeks 1–2): 100 mcg (2 units on a U-100 syringe) — Administered once daily.

Intermediate Research Phase (Weeks 3–6): 150 mcg (3 units on a U-100 syringe) — Administered once daily.

Standard Research Target (Weeks 7–12): 200 mcg to 300 mcg (4 to 6 units on a U-100 syringe) — Administered once daily.

Frequency Note: Research cycles typically follow a "5 days on, 2 days off" or "6 days on, 1 day off" schedule to maintain pituitary sensitivity.

Supplies Needed

  • Biolabs Peptides CJC-1295 No DAC: 10mg Lyophilized Vial.

  • Reconstitution Liquid: 2.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water.

  • Syringes: U-100 Precision Insulin Syringes (30-unit syringes are ideal for measuring these small volumes).

  • Prep: Alcohol swabs for vial and research site sterilization.

Storage

  • Pre-reconstitution (Lyophilized Powder): Store in the freezer at -20°C (-4°F) for long-term stability. Protect from light and moisture.

  • Post-reconstitution (Liquid Solution): Must be kept refrigerated at 2–8°C (36–46°F). Due to the fragile nature of GHRH analogs, the solution should be used within 14–21 days for maximum potency. Avoid shaking the vial.
